[SSSD] What are the sysdb_*_netgroup_tuple() functions for ?

I'm pretty sure they're dead code. They were originally in there from 
the original implementation where we believed a netgroup was fully 
representable within a single data source (e.g. LDAP) When we 
discovered that we had to handle memberNisNetgroups that might be 
coming from a non-SSSD source, we rewrote the design completely. I 
suspect those functions just got overlooked.
