Hi Jakub,
After sourcing sssd/contrib/fedora/bashrc_sssd, I built sssd using:
$ reconfig && chmake && sssinstall
The resolv.conf file points to an AD Server on a different VM:
$ cat /etc/resolv.conf
# Generated by NetworkManager
nameserver 10.16.189.20
