Ok, that turned out to be a lot less trouble than I'd feared it would
be. I only needed to correct the filters and the sdap_async_* code took
care of the rest. One more patch (0021) attached that adds enumeration
support for users and groups. I'm not reattaching the first 20, they're
unchanged.
