[SSSD] local vs LOCAL?

Well, I'd prefer to get away from that terminology entirely. Could we
use "the local SSSD domain database" here instead?

We really want to get away from the expectation that the
provider=local domain is named LOCAL. (In the future, we may have it
default to the local machine's hostname, similar to how Windows
distinguishes local users vs. network users.
