Subject: [PATCH] Updating control-alt-del language

Our friends at USCG have reminded us that updates to the initscripts
package may overwrite the control-alt-del configurations during system
updates (e.g. RHEL 6.1--> RHEL 6.2). Adding note to remind users of
this, and point them to vendor documentation about the matter.
