Hi Shawn,

  agree with David that this type of clarification is reasonable as usage
of SSG content grows.

  There are two typos in the text:
  * DISA Security Technical Implimentation Guides, +or STIGs. (s/Implimentation/Implementation)
  * the iase.disa.mil website  is authoratative (s/authoratative/authoritative)

  but otherwise the proposal looks good. ACK from me for its inclusion.
