[PATCH 5/8] Updated selinux_all_devicefiles_labeled

The last time I tested this check, it didn't work. The recursive check 
fails due to some kind of permissions problem. (It's hard to test, 
because to create an unlabeled_t device file, SELinux has to be turned off.)
