[PATCH 15/21] Mapped CCI-001123 to enable_ip6tables, enable_iptables, and service_auditd_enabled.

CCI-001123 requires routing all networked, privileged accesses through a dedicated, managed interface for purposes of access control and auditing. Iptables can be used for access control of a network interface privileged actions will be audited by the audit service.
