[PATCH 25/25] Mapped CCI-001111 to unmet_impractical_guidance.

CCI-001111 requires preventing remote devices that have established a non-remote connection from communicating outside of the communications path with resources in external networks. This control has to be implemented on the remote device and therefore outside of the scope of this guide.
