NACK, that isn't the use case here.  The CPE is used here to inform
tools about which platforms the content /could/ apply to.  For the body
of XCCDF, it's really any type of RHEL installation, particularly since
the product name could not indicate its true role (6Server used as a
desktop, vice versa).

I assume this was really motivated by the appearance of the tag in the
guide output.  For now don't worry much about aesthetic details for
final guide output.  We have already worked some of that and have a
stylesheet that will pretty things up a bit (while leveraging all the
great work from OpenSCAP).

Where we want to end up is creation of another Makerule for final guide
output that uses the custom stylesheet and also updates the date field.
