I moved the MySQL page to the Design documentation location - it is now here:

https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/RHQ/Design-MySQL

The prerequisites page has been reverted back to say the only supported backends right now in RHQ 4.6 and master builds is PostgreSQL and Oracle.
