Attribute "default" removed on c:option

Rather than assuming anyone reads the warnings, can you work directly with the Teiid team (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=738029) to make sure they have addressed this issue, or will do so in the very next release of their plugin.
