Supported Browsers

After we did the initial upgrade and starting working in the 
feature/gwt-upgrade branch I was testing with FF 3.6 on Fedora. Up until 
I started having hardware problems, I was testing on 3.6 and 8. I have 
been running FF 9 over the past couple weeks.
