Webservices build issue on OS/X

The WS-build is failing on OS/X because it assumes
that the directory /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/ is writable, which is not for normal users (other
than root)
We should perhaps find out, if we can put the generated stuff into /tmp
prepare-wsdl:
