rhq 3.0.0.B06 pulled

Hi Bala,

I added that note after another user reported seeing exceptions at 
startup using B06. It sounds like it may have just been something in his 
environment. I think you're fine continuing to use B06 if you're not 
seeing any issues. Fyi, 3.0.0 final should be released in the next week 
or so if things go to plan.
