[python-bugzilla] Stale reference to _query

It would be good for issues to get created for things that we know are
wrong. Currently the homepage says to e-mail the list with issues, but I'll
suggest that using a bugtracker would be better. Now that the code is
hosted on github, what do users think about using the github issue
tracker? The irony of using bugzilla to track python-bugzilla bugs is not
lost on me, but it would be very convenient. Wherever bugs are kept,
consider creating an issue to update specific docstrings that are out of
date.
