Provider registration updates

Hi Jan:

If you're looking at enhancing provider registration you might want to 
take a look at the issues raised in this bz

basically if registration fails for some reason during RPM install, or 
one adds a CIMOM later then a user/admin will have to be savvy about 
knowing to invoke openlmi-mof-register for every installed provider. 
That's not very friendly. One of the things the bz discusses is some 
sort of "registration repair" utility which can be run later that will 
discover the installed providers and apply the registration to them 
again if need be.
