Ticket #473 - Cannot find 7z.

Hi Mark,

That directory listing looks incorrect.  The zip file has the 7z.exe,
dd.exe, among other things, in a 'tools' sub-directory.  Please
re-download and try extracting the zipfile as-is.  If this still doesn't
work, please let me know.
