Enable masquerading for the zone that is bound to the external 
interface. You can use the external zone for this, masquerading is 
enabled in this zone already.

Then add port forwarding rules in the external zone for all services 
that you want to want to have available externally.
Please make sure that you are setting the to address to the internal IP 
address of the machine providing the services.
