[cobbler] Basic startup of cobbler on Ubuntu 14.04

Really odd. I had to reboot the VM for other purposes, and now, with the system restarted, cobbler check/sync/import all work.
The only thing I’m having trouble with, is cobbler_web. I cannot access the page, although, I have apache2 running and can access the home page.
In /var/www, I see a cobbler and cobbler_uiweb_content directories, but no cobbler_web. There is a cobbler_web process running. When I look at apache sites-enabled, I do NOT see cobbler_web.conf. I enabled it, and got an error on L13:
Enabling site cobbler_web.
To activate the new configuration, you need to run:
service apache2 reload
root at jenga:/etc/apache2/sites-enabled# service apache2 reload
* Reloading web server apache2 *
* The apache2 configtest failed. Not doing anything.
Output of config test was:
AH00526: Syntax error on line 13 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/cobbler_web.conf:
Name duplicates previous WSGI daemon definition.
Action 'configtest' failed.
Line 13 is:
WSGIDaemonProcess cobbler_web display-name=%{GROUP}
Not sure I understand the duplicate name error.
Anyone have thoughts on what I’m doing wrong on the cobbler_web setup?
How does that setup get mapped to the actual directory where cobbler web code is? (is that cobbler or cobbler_uiweb_contnet?)
Thanks!
