Are you talking about during install, or after a system has already been
installed?

If you mean after the install is complete, but you want to add more
repos, one way to get a new repo config is to download it again from the
cobbler server -- the same way that $yum_config_stanza does it; e.g. for
a system named "foobar":

wget "http://cobbler-server/cblr/svc/op/yum/system/foobar" --output-document=/etc/yum.repos.d/cobbler-config.repo

For a profile named "foobar":

wget "http://cobbler-server/cblr/svc/op/yum/profile/foobar" --output-document=/etc/yum.repos.d/cobbler-config.repo
