[cobbler] issues with boot.cfg and default menu list

Cobbler cleans up the tftpd root directory to make sure there's no cruft
left around. To add entries to the default menu, add them to the file
/etc/cobbler/pxe/pxedefault.template. For the boot.cfg, you'll probably
need to modify that in the /var/www/cobbler/ks_mirror directory that
contains the imported esxi files.
