We don't want users to resize the window, but the problem is that we 
can't stop them. Taking the GNOME live image as an example, once 
anaconda is running, you can click on the black bar thing at the top and 
drag it down and anaconda will unmaximize. Once unmaximized, you can't 
put it back because it's undecorated so there's nothing to grab on to, 
and GNOME doesn't have a task bar to right click for a menu with 
minimize/maximize/etc.

I think I'll take another look at what can be done with fullscreen mode, 
though. Maybe we can start anaconda as decorated but fullscreen, let 
whatever may happen happen if the user un-fullscreens the window, and 
the switch back to fullscreen on maximize? I'll try and see what happens.
