The other two points fine (so snipped), but my understanding was that
this isn't about using "the installer's yum configuration", it's about
having the correct configuration for your locale - so if you, say, run
'yum install libreoffice' post-install you'd get the correct
libreoffice-langpack-(lang) package as well.
