[PATCH] Use the anaconda-user-help package for help content

This is too timid a removal. Go ahead and delete 
data/help/en-US/Makefile.am, and data/help/Makefile.am. Remove the help 
subdir from data/Makefile.am and remove the Makefiles from the list in 
configure.ac. Remove it with gusto.
