That's fine, but tar is *way* easier for users to create :)

As far as this patch goes I think I'll drop it. If they're using
anaconda to install tars they need to make sure they have the stuff that
anaconda needs, /tmp being the least of these things, and ideally should
use anaconda to create their tar in the firstplace (eg. using
livemedia-creator or anaconda --dirinstall).
