Actually, yes.

Both the current patches and an updates img for Fedora-20-Beta are 
available.  Got the http://czarc.net and it has the pointers to the 
anonymous ftp directories.  There is also an updates disk for F19 
although the implementation for existing btrfs subvol is very 
different.  The F20 is as I submitted.

Since you would only be interested if you are using BTRFS, please note 
that there are some problems with os-prober and grub2 for btrfs ... 
especially multi-device btrfs.  You might want to check bugzilla.
