I forgot to mention two things:
1) First of all, a huge THANKS to Mike Fabian for making the langtable
happen and for further improving it to better fit (not only) our needs.

2) The patch should fix bug #968808 and many other issues, that are not
reported (mainly wrong or politically incorrect language names). (bug
reference added to the commit message locally)
