initial support for editing devices in the custom spoke

The vast majority of my testing was with partitions and lvm. RAID
is completely untested and BTRFS is mostly untested. There's a
SIGABRT coming from one of the btrfs commands used to create
either the main volume or a subvolume, but I can't even reproduce
it in the installer's shell on screen 2.

Switching between partition and lvm for devices has worked well
for me.

Resizing of devices should work, but there's no way to assign a
mountpoint to a preexisting device as of now so it won't do you
much good.

I've attempted to disable keyboard navigation of the custom spoke
since it is broken.
