[PATCH] Deprecate the 'cmdline' command

Yeah, that's what clumens told me on IRC.  I've revised my patch for 
kickstart parsing and tossed my pykickstart patch.  My anaconda patch 
(not submitted yet) will treat text and cmdline the same for displayMode 
purposes, and we'll handle prompt or not too.
