Hi folks,
I've made some progress tracking down the issues with kernel 4.18 booting
on i686, which is causing all of the i686 images to fail QA.
The quick summary is something introduced in kernel 4.18 (after rc0.git2.1)
is causing systemd to coredump, dropping the user to a dracut prompt. I was
able to reproduce this on a Fedora 28 install with the default systemd in
the repos.
I've filed the following BZ:

Hi,
Give I have a little spare time left this weekend, I gave f28 another
try on my PIII. So far, things seem to work mostly fine for me, i.e. the
situation significantly improved over the initial Fedora 28 release.
Many thanks to whoever was involved!
However, now I am facing a show-stopper segfault:
/usr/sbin/lightdm-gtk-greeter SIGILLs on my PIII
BZ: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1612540
Unfortunately, Scott Leigh, the maintainer in charge seems to prefer to
ignore this bug. A fact, I consider to be inacceptable.

Sorry, yeah, I never followed up on list, but indeed Rex fixed it and
let me know on IRC.
