For this site, where can I access the code for the map (Which displays various colors on hovering the mouse)? Also, is the theme used available as a CSS or XML?

Hi,
The code for the map is in the file jquery-worldmap.js. You'll also need to get the jquery library.
To get the 'theme' you need to get two pieces
1 - 960 grid system files (www.960.gs) 2 - Get the Fedora specific css file (layout.css)
Look at the source and you should be able to wget those files without an issue.
