Do you have any news about Transifex? We might want to use Amara[1], which is an open source web application for captioning. It allow us to caption videos in many languages, and in a funny way!

I was looking at the licensing for it and found few terms which we might not be able to fulfill. So what I will do is take this to legal-team. So that we don't face any issues at the later stage.
Just to mention Youtube already has this feature,  Although we could use this tool to caption vimeo videos as it still doesn't have such to easy to use feature yet as youtube has.
