Hi all, lately we introduced two new requirements in the VDSM master branch, therefore if you want to run the latest code on Fedora 16 you need to update some packages that aren't shipped officially (yet):
lvm2-2.02.95-6.fc16 http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=3959741
libvirt-0.9.10-2.fc16 http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/jforbes/virt-preview/
More info on the Virtualization Preview Repository:

Federico, since scratch build tend to die young, could you create a yum repo with the lvm2 build in your fedorapeople place?
Actually I was waiting to follow up with an official build from the lvm team.
I don't think this is expected. This is only a hack to let folks test upstream vdsm on Fedora 16. Newer lvm2 build is formally expected only on in Fedora 17
I'm not saying that they'll release it for Fedora 16. They could just do a regular build (so that it won't expire in a short time).
Anyway both packages (lvm2, libvirt) can be installed on Fedora 16 using the command:
# yum --releasever=17 update lvm2 libvirt
They don't need any particular dependency/repository:
Updating: libvirt x86_64 0.9.10-2.fc17 lvm2 x86_64 2.02.90-1.fc17
Sorry I just realized that 2.02.95 is not released yet.
