build vdsm rpm on fedora16,32bit ./autobuild.sh make rpm
encounted error: Architecture is not included: i386 ./configure --target=i686-->useless:( change makefile adding target i686 still useless:(
my question is: 1.should I configure with something for this error?
What repository are you using? You should be pulling from:
http://gerrit.ovirt.org/p/vdsm
eg:
$ git clone http://gerrit.ovirt.org/p/vdsm
Dan I saw that you're not syncing the fedorahosted repo since a couple of weeks, did we announce/document that somewhere?
In http://www.mail-archive.com/vdsm-devel@lists.fedorahosted.org/msg00087.html I've proclaimed "The Fedora-hosted git repository is hereby obsoleted."
Should we close it?
I think we should (and somehow link from it to gerrit.ovirt.org?). Don't you? Would you ask the Fedora folks to do it?
I is wrong to keep it dangling out there; but it is not much better to keep two "formal" git repos alive.
Dan.
