On my new HP Envy as with many new laptops they've reversed the effect of the
Fn key. Now if I press F2 or F3 it dims and brightens my screen. To save my
work or swap panes I have to press Fn+F2 or Fn+F3
Is there any way that I can undo this change and go back to the good old days?

I recall a post on
fedoraforum.org where a user reported a similar
problem and it turned out there's an option in the firmware (BIOS)
settings to configure that behaviour.
