I need to install another kernel 2.4.20 on this
system. To install 2.4.20, I need to use gcc-2.95.
Now explain me what I have to do?
If you want a 2.4 kernel, best to use a distro that supports it. For
example, the aged RHL 7.1 through FC2 (I think), or Debian.
You are likely to get into trouble trying to run a 2.4 kernel on FC3 or
later as, almost certainly, essential software (such as gcc 2.9x) is
mussing.
btw Red Hat never shipped gcc 2.95.
