Try: setsebool -P use_nfs_home_dirs 1
After doing that and rebooting, NFS shares couldn't be mounted at all.
More likely that had to do with the rebooting than the
use_nfs_home_dirs setting.
What *did* get things back to working order was to update the Fedora 32
server where the NFS shares live. It was probably two or three weeks
behind. Apparently some incompatible change was introduced in that
time.
