Shift+PgUp/PgDown or mouse-wheel works here.
Without shift, the keys page up and down through the command history.
Functions identically in xfce4-terminal (mouse wheel or
Shift+PgUp/PgDown scroll display, PgUp/PgDown alone scrolls through
command history).
