IRQ conflicts has to be it. I just installed FC5 to an older PIII and my
ethernet card isn't found, although it worked fine with FC4. I'm trying
to remember the isapnp rpm name. I'm not seeing plug and play behavior
no IRQ's higher than 16. If anyone remembers I could use the hint! Ric
One more thing. When I look at /proc/interrupts I see no conflict. Also
it has been about a decade since the PCI standard allows two devices to
have the same IRQ but a different base address and Linux handled this
configuration.
