Or, instead of using a web browser, start system-config-printer on a
Linux machine that does have a monitor and use Server->Connect... from
the menu.
One, I don't see Sever>Connect on my F20 gnome notebook.
Two, Remote Desktop, needs a desktop, and a minimal install has no desktop.
