Redhat Bugzilla Login informs me (correctly) The password must contain at least one: letter special character digit You must request a new password in order to log in again. When I request a new password, this message appears: A token for changing your password has been emailed to you. Follow the instructions in that email to change your password. But after a few hours, the promised email has not appeared.
Well, I wasn't patient enough. I put in a request about 7:30am; the reply came about 9:20am. In the future I'll wait longer. But does anyone know the reason for the delay? Usually new password tokens arrive essentially immediately.
Have you examined the email headers yet?

I have now.  The email appears to have spent only 2 seconds in transit.  Here are the
"Received:" headers for the last one, edited for clarity and corrected so that all show
Eastern Time.
