Second, /etc/bashrc should _not_ be sourcing anything in
/etc/profile.d. That is for _login_ shells.
Fedora's been sourcing "/etc/profile.d/*.sh" for many years. IIRC, the
rationale's that it equalizes login and interactive sessions.
