A couple points here:

-  I, or we, can offer guidance on using cloud products, CDNs, etc here to accomplish a specific goal.  Advise on this list is free, and it is the declared purpose of the list.  If you're setting up a webserver, or backup target, or whatever, say so.

-  If you aren't a sysadmin, and will need regular and specific support for your cloud infrastructure, you should look into Rackspace's support levels. There is a service tier that gets you OS level admin support. (full disclosure: I'm one of the folks providing that support).
