Except that from his original email, he wants all traffic to go through the ASUS so that
he can do traffic control. He is getting too much traffic over the internet link now
that he doesn't have that.

Double-NAT seems like it could be a solution. But I've run into issues with that. It
was
years ago so I can't recall the details.
