System is detecting... you are being assigned sdd in your sequence but the system is choking on the size.  And; educated guess here, from the sounds of things while Redhat et. al. can handle into the 20Tb+ range for lvm, raid, etc. seems to some extent limited to 2Tb according to this[1] and similar articles eluding to a 2Tb cap per partition. My suspension is the 3Tb is not being handled... curious if fdisk can access sdd and re-partition the drive into smaller "byte" size [pardon the pun ;)] partitions of <2Tb...
