OK. I didn't have that app, but dnf installed it. However,
neither info gnome-tweak-tool nor "man:gnome-tweak-tool" in Konqueror
gives anything about using it.
I tried the command line (twice):

However neither 1.25 nor 1.5 as a scaling factor seemed to bring
about any change.
I'll try logging out and back in.

are telling me.
