You have chosen to start "vncserver ;1" instead of
"systemctl start vncserver@:1.service" ... arguable.
It works the same.
You haven't also enabled vncserver@:1.service

No. Actually I did not change this file.

The .bashrc is executed properly.
On the other machine it perfect.
