How to read this kind of PDF file without Adobe Reader?

[lesca@dodo pdf-reader]$ file strange-adobe-pdf.pdf
strange-adobe-pdf.pdf: PDF document, version 1.7
[lesca@dodo pdf-reader]$

If I open with one of the Linux PDF Reader I get this message:

Please wait...

If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF
viewer may not be able to display this type of document.

You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader for Windows®, Mac, or Linux® by
visiting http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_download.

I just looked at that site. There are many downloads for Windows and Mac and one for Android, but nothing listed for Linux.
If you know of an rpm, please pass the information on.

For more assistance with Adobe Reader visit http://www.adobe.com/go/acrreader.

Thanks for suggest.
