You don't need the source to post the SRPM.  The point is to have a spec
file others can modify if necessary

Oh but, what I was trying to say also is that the package wasn't compiled, I just
converted the DEB's into RPM's with ALIEN so there is no spec... Anyways the packages
work very well on fedora and the minus team promised to update the desktop tool shortly, so
then we will have a spec.
